Imelda was done in a hurry, without money and in only one day. The idea was to bring my grandmother back to life for one last day, the day before her house was sold. Therefore, this experience relied on the competence and versatility of a very small shooting crew (5 people in total), where everyone had to perform several tasks. Richard Duquette was one of them, acting as sound recorder, digital imaging technician and associate producer. Thanks to this most generous team, my short film was able to see the light of day, to enjoy a success in festivals and to win awards!
